We have had an enormous amount of feedback from our Canada customers to open our
site to Canada and advertise in Canada. They said our prices were the best prices
in the U.S.A. which makes our prices in Canada unmatched. We also provide top notch
service. We have a full staff of pool professional's that answer our phones through
out the day. Please read below our policy's for Canada customers.
Some Manufactures do NOT ship to Canada, you will be contacted if your order can
not be shipped out.
PRICES: Our prices to Canada customers are the same as US customers. The price displayed
on our site is the price you pay.
SHIPPING: During checkout you will see a "Canada Shipping Charge" which
will be the shipping amount to ship to Canada. Be sure to select that option and
not the normal ground option as it will delay your order and it will not be shipped.
We did our best to estimate the shipping price - on some items where we did not
estimate correctly we reserve the right to contact you and request additional shipping
- you will have the option to cancel and receive full refund or pay the additional
shipping.
DUTIES & TAXES: We ship UPS, and truck line on some products. Duties, Taxes,
and all other fees associated with shipping an item to Canada is the full responsibility
of the buyer. Aqua Superstore does not pay taxes, duties, or other fees besides
the normal shipping fee to the destination.
SHIPPING TIME: We ship most products same day. Some products can take up to 1-3
days to ship. Canada shipments will be delayed an extra day or two as we have to
provide the appropriate paperwork to Canada and our Shipper. You will also see a
few extra days delivery time because of the additional travel time. Some products
ship from our FL warehouse and others ship from our IL warehouse. All of our items
ship from the United States.
