Order Status and Order Tracking Information:Please note: Our back-end ordering system communicates through email. So you will not receive tracking information via your Aqua Superstore "my account".
Automated Order Process:
- You will receive an order acknowledgement immediately after you place your order online.
- You will receive a receipt and order confirmation email within 1-2 business day after your purchase.
- Please note to check the item on our site and look at "Availability" - you will receive tracking within 1-2 days after that availability time (shipment time) pass's.
- You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking number shortly after the item is shipped. In most cases this is sent the same day your product ships. In some cases where we ship products from our manufactures it may take 2-3 days to receive a tracking number.

Delivery / Shipping Policy: In most cases products ship out within 1 day if ordered by 10:00am EST. Some items can take up to 3 weeks to ship. Please look at the "Availability" section on the item page to see how long it takes to ship. Orders are processed and shipped daily Monday - Friday.
Delivery Time: Most items will be delivered within 7 business days from our ship date via Fedex/UPS. In most cases it will be quicker than 7 business days. Larger items such as Above-ground pools, heaters, waterfalls, slides, etc.. will be shipped via freight truck line and can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered; In most cases it will be quicker.
