Aqua Superstore EASY Return Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee – You can return most products within 30 days after delivery date. To initiate a return fill out a Return Goods Authorization form by clicking here.

Due to the nature of such products we can not accept returns on: the smart-ring, vinyl liners, replacement parts, special orders, chemicals, all Interfab products, and custom products.

We do not accept returns on AquaScape, Inc. or Aquascape Designs products. Damaged goods will be re-shipped ASAP.

We do not accept returns on Skamper-Ramp products. Skamper-Ramp Products can only be returned for product failure due to defect.

Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns, returned within 30 days of delivery date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges to and from Aqua Superstore on non defective and non warranty returns.

Due to the nature of such products once used we can not accept returns on:  heaters, pool cleaners, electrical items (lights, timers, etc.), pumps and filters.

Damaged during Delivery by carrier products will be re-shipped ASAP and we will have the shipping company pick up the damaged product. If this happens please call us within 3 business day after receiving the damaged product. All damaged truck line products must be refused. If you take delivery of the truck line product and its damaged you now own that product, when you sign that acceptance form of the truck line company then you accept ownership of the product – please check the product carefully before accepting the product.

Defective products will be either replaced under warranty by your local pool warranty dealer or by us. 30 days after your purchase date you will be responsible for shipping charges on all warranty exchanges.

Warrantees – The manufacture of the product sold on AquaSuperstore.com is responsible for all warranty issues. Aqua Superstore, Inc. personally does not warrant any product it sells. Aqua Superstore is a retailer / wholesaler selling discounted products from manufactures to the consumer. We do not manufacture any products therefore we do not warranty any products. All products we sell have the standard manufactures warranty.

Refunds will be done two times per week. Please allow 7 business days for your credit to show on your credit card.

Cancellation Policy – Once the product has shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Cancels must be emailed to Nick@Aquasuperstore.com before item has shipped or loaded on truck. If you refuse the package on delivery you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
