HeatWave / Aerotemp SQ156 Ice Breaker Heat Pump pool and spa heat pumps are designed with the customer in mind. HeatWave heat pumps bring the warmth of the tropics or the refreshing cool* of the mountains to your backyard or community swimming pool and spa. Designed for residential and light-duty commercial pools. Works great for smaller pools where over sizing is desired. The ThermoLink Heat Exchanger tube is made from pure titanium and is virtually impervious to water-chemistry damage. For tamper proof settings, there is a Key Pad Lock-Out and has a Scroll compressor which is super efficient and provides quiet operation. In addition, the SQ156 also comes equipped with Dual thermostats and dual row coated evaporator coils. Aquacal has combined innovative IceBreaker Technology with breakthroughs in noise reduction to produce the most advanced heat pump in the industry. Icebreaker technology enables the SuperQuiet to cool the pool with the touch of a button, heat or cool on demand and operates in lower temperatures.
