Featuring heavy steel construction with an attractive powder-coated grey finish this steel base has two-piece construction which allows for easy assembly. This stand also features a drainage hole at the bottom of the sleeve that eliminates water buildup. Greencorner Steel Base also has holes which allow for more permanent installation.
