The Oxford Garden Essex 6' Bench will make a wonderful seating statement where ever it is placed. Designed with larger dimension wood, the Oxford Garden Essex 6' Bench benefits from the added strength and visual size. The beautifully simple design includes thick and heavy legs and classic corner braces. The entire Essex line of benches and chairs have been designed to present a grand scale. Unlike any of Oxford Garden's other styles, the Essex line is built of large 2 and 1/8" dimensional lumber. The increased scale has also been employed in the overall dimensions of the chair.

The Oxford Garden Essex 6' Bench is made of Shorea, a teak family hardwood that resists rot, insect infestation, and marring. Shorea requires no finishing and will not rot when left outdoors where rain and sun will damage other lesser quality woods. Left untreated, Shorea will weather to a soft warm shade of gray similar to the weathering of teak. However, the original color can be maintained by applying a seasonal coat of teak oil.

The Oxford Garden Essex 6' Bench also features mortise and tenon joint construction which provides the highest quality joinery that will last for many years. Dimensions: 72" L x 26" D x 35" H
